<RecipeText>1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake almonds in a single layer in a shallow pan 4-6 minutes or until toasted  and fragrant.

2.  Bring orange juice and next 6 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat; remove from heat.

3.  Stir in couscous.  Cover and let stand 5 minutes.  Fluff with a fork; stir in almonds.</RecipeText>
