Preparazione fase1

Aiutandovi con le fruste elettriche lavorate il burro con metà dello zucchero e la vanillina, fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e gonfio, unite i 6 tuorli d&apos;uovo e lo yogurt, incorporando piano ogni ingrediente e mescolando bene. Aggiungete infine anche la scorza grattugiata del limone amalgamando molto bene il composto.

Preparazione fase2

In una ciotola a parte montate a neve gli albumi, aggiungete un pizzico di sale e uniteli al composto. Versate lo zucchero rimanente e, molto delicatamente, aggiungete anche la farina, la maizena e il lievito per dolci.

Fase finale

Imburrante e infarinate lo stampo con la forma da voi desiderata e versate tutto il composto. Infornate a 180° per circa 30 minuti.
