Chicken Filets in Vermouth

4 chicken filets | |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 cloves | garlic, sliced |
1 generous tbsp flour | |
2 tsp | mustard |
1 tbsp | corn relish |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
Freshly ground pepper | |
1/4 cup | vermouth |
1/2 cup | water |
Small carton | cream,, (possibly about half a cup?) |
Sauté chicken breasts on both sides until nearly cooked. Add garlic to pan briefly.
Add flour, mustard, relish and soy sauce.
Add plenty of ground pepper.
Then add vermouth and water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add cream and serve.
