<RecipeText>In a large bowl, combine pineapple, ice cream, sugar, sour cream, walnuts, and lemon juice.  Spoon salad evenly into 8 custard cups, cover, and freeze 8 hours or until firm.  Before serving, place in refrigerator 1 hour.  Garnish with pineapple chunks.  Serve chilled.</RecipeText>
