Heat oven to 375. In large bowl combine cake mix, oil &amp; eggs. Stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1&quot; balls, place 2&quot; apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Place sugar in shallow dish. Dip bottom of glass in sugar &amp; flatten cookies to 1/4&quot; thickness

Bake at 375 for 5 to 7 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute, remove from cookie sheets.

In small bowl, combine powdered sugar &amp; lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over cookies &amp; sprinkle with colored sugar before icing sets.
