<RecipeText>Procedimento:
In una terrina fare cuocere le castagne x circa 2 ore e mezza nell&apos;acqua. Scolatele e lasciatele raffreddare. Tenere da parte 5cl di acqua di cottura. Frullate le castagne lesse con l&apos;acqua di cottura e gli altri ingredienti per circa 2 minuti fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e omogeneo. Mettete la mousse in frigo x almeno 2 ore. Per servire mettere sul fondo del piatto da portata la panna e del cioccolato fuso poi con il porzionatore del gelato fare le palline.
