Procedure:
Insert sticks into twinkies and freeze. Mix milk, vinegar, and oil. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Then slowly whisk the wet ingredients into the dry. Heat vegetable oil till a drop of flour &quot;dances&quot; on the top without smoking. Dust twinkies with flour, dip into batter, and fry in heated vegetable oil. As soon as they&apos;re done, pull them out and dust with confectioners sugar.
