Chicken Enchiladas

Mix the following ingredients. It is better if you can let the mixture sit overnight. | |
2 (6 oz.) cans | chicken |
1 can | cheddar cheese soup |
1 can | cream of chicken soup |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
1 small can | chopped green chilies |
chili powder to taste | |
salt and pepper to taste | |
16 | corn tortillas |
Toppings: | Sour cream, Monterey Jack, cheese, black olives |
Fry tortillas. Spoon mixture in tortillas and roll up....place in baking dish. Cover with sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped black olives. Heat
