<RecipeText>Simmer clams with their juice and lemon juice for 15 minutes.

Separately, saute butter, onion, red pepper, oregano, garlic, parsley. Slowly add bread crumbs and clams to onion mixture.

Butter a 9 inch square baking dish and pour mixture in.

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
