Aggiungere il cacao e formare una palla; lasciarla riposare 10 minuti
Intanto preparare il ripieno mescolando tutti gli ingredienti

per il ripieno: montare l&apos;albume poi aggiungere cocco, maizena zucchero e panna

Stendere la pasta; tagliare dei cerchietti e farcirli
Chiuderli bene

Infornare a 180 gradi per 25 minuti circa
Sfornare e lasciar raffreddare
