<RecipeText>Heat oil to 350 - 375 degrees.

Melt the butter slowly with as much garlic as you like. Add the Frank&apos;s sauce. When blended, turn heat way down. Don&apos;t mix in blue cheese until ready to coat wings, otherwise it will separate. If &amp; when it does, use a wire wisk to blend it back together.

Rinse &amp; pat dry all of the wings.

Toss 6 - 8 wings at a time in sauce &amp; coat evenly. Remove &amp; shake off any excess sauce &amp; put the wings into the hot oil (careful of splattering). After about 3 minutes, remove wings to paper towel lined cookie sheet to drain &amp; cool. Start a new batch. Once all the wings are finished, start the process all over again. Re-coat the wings &amp; re-fry, this is what makes them nice &amp; crusty &amp; tender.

Last step before serving - Toss the wings in the remainder of the sauce &amp; coat evenly.
