Nel boccale mettere il prezzemolo e la maggiorana tritare a Vel.7, lame in movimento, facendo cadere dal foro del coperchio. Raccogliere al centro. Aggiungere il seitan tagliato a tocchetti tritare per 5'' Vel.7 (vedrete che il seitan assumerà la stessa consistenza della carne tritata). Aggiungere l'olio, il latte il pangrattato, farina e il sale: impastare 1' Vel.Spiga. 2. Preparare il vassoio Varoma foderato da carta da forno ben bagnata e strizzata. Formare le polpettine (a me ne sono venute una decina) con le mani e metterle dentro al vassoio del Varoma. 3. Tritare il porro lavato e tagliato a tocchi nel boccale 5'' Vel.7 e soffriggere 3' Vel.1 100° 4. Aggiungere il vino, il sugo di pomodoro, sale, pepe, zucchero (la punta di un cucchiaino). Eventualmente i piselli lavati. 5. Chiudere il coperchio inserire il Varoma chiuso con il suo coperchio. Impostare 15-20' Vel.1 Varoma. In questo modo le polpette cuoceranno insieme al sugo.
