1/4 cup | green onion, Sliced fine |
1/4 cup | fresh cilantro, Rough chop |
1/4 cup | Soy Sauce |
3 ea | Garlic Clove, Minced |
1/4 cup | sesame oil |
1 cup | Japanese style breading |
1 tbsp | kosher salt |
1 tbsp | white pepper |
MInce tuna in by hand or a food processor ( do not puree) | |
in a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well | |
Portiion into patties 6oz each | |
Grill or pan sear for serving | |
