    1.5 lbs.  Tuna
    1/2 cup  ginger root, Minced
    1/4 cup  green onion, Sliced fine
    1/4 cup  fresh cilantro, Rough chop
    1/4 cup  Soy Sauce
    3 ea  Garlic Clove, Minced
    1/4 cup  sesame oil
    1 cup  Japanese style breading
    1 tbsp  kosher salt
    1 tbsp  white pepper
MInce tuna in by hand or a food processor ( do not puree)
in a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well
Portiion into patties 6oz each
Grill or pan sear for serving
