Crisco shortening

Grease ALL utensils.
Microwave marshmallow with 4tbs of water for 1min.
Add water and vanilla to the melted marshmallow into a mixer.
Add sifted sugar but not all of it.
Mix it all together and add the rest of the sugar if needed.
Mix until the mixture doesn&apos;t stick to your fingers when you touch it.
Take the fondant out of the mixer and put it on a greased worktop.
Knead the fondant and wrap with clingwrap.
Leave it in the fridge for an hour and it&apos;s ready to use.
