Marshmallow fondant

16 ounce mini | marshmallow |
4 tbs | water |
8 cups | powdered sugar, (sifted) |
2 tbs | vanilla |
3 tbs | water |
Food colouring
Crisco shortening
Grease ALL utensils.
Microwave marshmallow with 4tbs of water for 1min.
Add water and vanilla to the melted marshmallow into a mixer.
Add sifted sugar but not all of it.
Mix it all together and add the rest of the sugar if needed.
Mix until the mixture doesn't stick to your fingers when you touch it.
Take the fondant out of the mixer and put it on a greased worktop.
Knead the fondant and wrap with clingwrap.
Leave it in the fridge for an hour and it's ready to use.
