Cook oil, one diced red and green pepper in onion salt. |
Mix in one can cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 2 t cumin, 1 t chili powder, 1/2 t oregano and one can Ro-tel tomatoes.
Layer in 13x9 inch pan with cooked chicken and torn up corn tortillas.
Cool in 325 oven for 40 minutes. Finish under broil.
