1/2 bone-in cured and smoked country ham (8 lbs) | |
1/4 cup | maple syrup |
2 T | brown sugar |
1/4 tsp | cayenne |
Black pepper |
Biscuits, assorted mustards, chutneys for serving
Heat oven to 350•
trim ham leaving 1/2" fat.place in roaster and cover with foil. Bake 40 mins.
Mix syrup, sugar, cayenne and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
Uncover ham and bake, brushing twice with glaze until reaches 140•
35-40 mins.
