Swiss Steak and Pickled Onions

2 1/2 tsp | salt |
8oz | bottle of pickled onions with juice |
Pepper to taste | |
1/4 cup | water |
Directions:
Pound as much flour into the steak as it will absorb. Brown in oil. Place in roaster, add remaining ingredients and bake uncovered for 1.5 hours at
350.
