Lazy Cabbage Rolls

| 1 jar | sauerkraut, drained |
| 1 1/2 cups | uncooked minute rice |
| 1 package | bacon, cooked crisp, keep fat |
| 1 medium | onion, chopped |
| 2 cups | water |
| Salt | |
| pepper |
Directions:
Ina large bowl mix together onion, rice, salt and pepper and bacon fat.
Spread half sauerkraut on bottom of 9x9 baking dish. Pour rice mixture on top and spread evenly. Cover with remaining kraut mixture. Pour two cups of water on top and place in oven.
