In a bowl, stir the ketchup and sugar together. Add garlic, teriyaki marinade,sweet chilli sauce and Tabasco, if using. Season with S &amp; P.
Will keep fresh for 1 week in fridge.
Can use any spices once you have the ketchup and brown sugar.</IngredientText>

<RecipeText>For 4 people allow 2kg of meaty ribs.
1 quantity of spare rib sauce
S &amp; P

Cook ribs in oven on low for about an hour 150c/300f
Scrunch up foil and place in large baking tray. Fill 600ml water and cover with foil so ribs are basically steaming.

Cool before coating with sauce and leave for 1-2 hours.
Cook over direct medium heat for 6-8 mins then turn down and cook for a further 15 mins basting frequently.
