Pumpkin Cheesecake Lion House Recipe Ingrediants: | |
1 1/2 C | graham cracker crumbs |
3T | melted butter |
3 8oz packages | cream cheese |
1C | sugar |
3 | eggs |
3/4 t | vanilla |
1 1/3 C + 2T | pumpkin |
3/4 t | cinnamon |
1/4 t | nutmeg |
ginger | |
cloves | |
1/2 t | salt |
1 pint | sour cream |
3 T | sugar |
1/2 t | vanilla |
Directions:
•mix crumbs & butter. press into bottom of 10" springform pan.
•whip cream cheese, gradually add sugar then eggs 1@ a time.
•combine pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves & salt. Mix well & add to cream cheese mixture.
•pour filling into crust. Bake 40 minutes @ 350.
•whip sour cream, add vanilla & sugar. Spread on top of cake & return to oven for 10 minutes.
