Chicken satays

6 | chicken thighs, skinned, boned |
2 tablespoons | soy sauce |
1/3 cup | crunchy peanut butter |
2 tablespoons | lemon juice |
150g can | coconut cream |
1 tablespoon | sweet chilli sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | garam masala |
1) Cut chicken in long, thin strips
2) put chicken & soy sauce in a bowl. Stir to cover chicken with sauce.
3) In another bowl, mix peanut butter & lemon juice together.
4) add coconut cream, chilli sauce & gar am masala . Mix well.
5) mix 2 tablespoons peanut sauce into chicken.
6) thread chicken onto skewers.
7) grill for 3 minutes. Turn chicken & grill other side for 3 minutes.
8) put peanut sauce in a small pan. Cook 5 minutes until hot. Spoon over chicken and serve.
