2 | banana blossoms |
1/4 cup | white vinegar |
lemon juice, alternative | |
1/2 cup | roasted peanuts, roughly chopped |
1/2 cup | roasted unsalted coconut flakes |
1/2 cup | crispy shallots |
1/4 cup | nam prik pao |
1/4 cup | fish sauce |
1/4 cup | lime juice |
2 tablespoons | sugar |
1/2 cup | coconut milk |
1. Slice blossoms crosswise 1/8" slices, soak in vinegar water.
2. Blanch 5 minutes
3. Combine all.
