Spicy Garlic Shrimp (Maggi)

2/3 lb | shelled shrimp |
1 tablespoon | minced garlic |
1 tablespoon | minced cilantro roots |
1 teaspoon | white pepper powder |
3/4 teaspoon | fish sauce |
3/4 teaspoon | Maggi |
1/2 teaspoon | sugar |
2 tablespoon | stock |
water, alternative |
Heat 2 tablespooon oil with 1 tablespoon butter. Add garlic and cilantro roots and pepper and cook until fragrant, stirring. Add shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes. Add fish sauce, maggi sauce, sugar and stir to mix. Add stock or water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and serve.
