Sour Curry Bangkok Style

boneless fish steak, alternative | |
2 tblsp | sour curry paste |
2 tblsp | tamarind juice or lime juice |
2 tblsp | fish sauce |
1 tblsp | sugar |
2 cups | sliced cauliflower |
cabbage, alternative | |
1 1/2 cup | water |
Heat water in saucepan to boil. Add prawns or fish simmer 10 minutes. Add sour curry paste. Add sliced cauliflower or cabbage. Season with fish sauce, sugar, tamarind. Stir well. Simmer low heat 10-15 minutes. Sour Curry Paste | |
