    1/2 c  shelled prawns
      boneless fish steak, alternative
    2 tblsp  sour curry paste
    2 tblsp  tamarind juice or lime juice
    2 tblsp  fish sauce
    1 tblsp  sugar
    2 cups  sliced cauliflower
      cabbage, alternative
    1 1/2 cup  water
Heat water in saucepan to boil. Add prawns or fish simmer 10 minutes. Add sour curry paste. Add sliced cauliflower or cabbage. Season with fish sauce, sugar, tamarind. Stir well. Simmer low heat 10-15 minutes. Sour Curry Paste
    10  dried chilies
    1 1/2 tblsp  chopped shallot
    1 tblsp  shrimp paste
    1 tsp  salt
