Shrimp with Vermicelli Noodles

A. | |
1 1/2 tablespoon | shrimp paste in soy bean oil |
1 teaspoon | minced garlic |
B. | |
1 ounce (28 grams) | bean thread noodles, soften in cold water |
1/4 | onion, cut into pieces |
8 pieces | straw mushroom |
C. | |
1 1/2 tablespoon | fish sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | sugar |
D. | |
1/4 cup | green onion, cut into 1" long pieces |
1/2 cup | stock |

Heat 2 tablespoons oil, stir fry A ingredients until fragrant. Add shrimp and stir-fry until color changes to pink. Add ingredients B., then C and mix. Add D and bring to boil.
