Salted Crab in Coconut Milk ปูหลน

2 cups | salted crab |
2 cups | coconut cream |
1 cup | ground pork |
1 tablespoon | thinly sliced red chilies |
1/2 cup | shredded green mango |
1 tablespoon | sugar |
1/2 tablespoon | fish sauce |
1 tablespoon | thinly sliced shallot |
Fresh vegetables | |

1. Wash crab well, remove shells, chop into quaters and set aside.
2. Heat coconut cream in frying pan until oil comes to the surface; add the crab and pork, stirring until cooked through.
3. Add chili, shallot, fish sauce, and sugar to taste. Sprinkle with mango. Remove from heat. Serve with veges.
