Pad Siew Nuea Fried noodle with soy sauce and beef ก๋วยเตี๋ยวผัดซีอิ๊ว

1 1/2 tablespoon | vegetable oil |
1 clove | garlic |
1/2 cup | minced lean beef |
1 | egg, beaten |
1/2 cup | young corn |
1/2 cup | cauliflower |
1/2 cup | asparagus |
1/2 cup | Chinese broccoli |
4 1/2 oz | flat rice noodles |
1 tablespoon | fish sauce |
1 tablespoon | oyster sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | sugar |
1 teaspoon | dark soy sauce |
2 pinches | ground white pepper |
Heat oil in wok until smoking, add beef stirring until no longer pink. Add egg, vegetables, noodles and seasonings, stirring to combine.
