Kasma's Sweet & Sour Chili Sauce for Yellow Rice

| 4 | red serrano, jalepeno, freno chopped |
| 6 cloves | garlic, chopped |
| 1/2 cup or more | sugar |
| 2-3 tsp | sea salt |
| 1/4 c | white vinegar |
| 2 tblsp | water |
Pound together garlic and chilies. Combine sugar, salt, water, and vinegar and bring to a boil, add garlic and chilies and simmer a few minutes.
