Hmong Black Sticky Rice

| 3 cups | white sticky rice |
| 1/3 cup | black sticky rice |
| 1 (14oz) can | coconut milk |
| water |
Rinse rice. Cover rice with water 2-3" above. Pour coconut milk into rice. Soak several hours or overnight. Steam in sticky rice steamer 40 minutes on high heat.
