    1/2 recipe  Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork), thinly sliced (1/2 lb.)
    5 cups  Thai soup stock
    1/4 lb.  Asian egg noodles
    2 ounces  bean sprouts
    1-2 teaspoon  fish sauce
      Chinese parsley
    2 tablespoon  green onion
    1 teaspoon  red chili pepper flakes

Bring soup stock to boil, add egg noodles and simmer until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. Add char siu. Remove to serving bowls and top with bean sprouts, fish sauce, parsley, green onion and red chili pepper to taste.
