Egg Noodle Soup with Char Siu

1/2 recipe | Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork), thinly sliced (1/2 lb.) |
5 cups | Thai soup stock |
1/4 lb. | Asian egg noodles |
2 ounces | bean sprouts |
1-2 teaspoon | fish sauce |
Chinese parsley | |
2 tablespoon | green onion |
1 teaspoon | red chili pepper flakes |
Bring soup stock to boil, add egg noodles and simmer until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. Add char siu. Remove to serving bowls and top with bean sprouts, fish sauce, parsley, green onion and red chili pepper to taste.
