Easy Satay Marinade for Beef

1 teaspoon | grated galangal, fresh or frozen or 2 inch piece dried |
1 teaspoon | curry powder |
1 3/4 cup | coconut milk |
1 teaspoon | ground turmeric |
1 teaspoon | fish sauce |
1 1/4 lb. | flank steak |
15-20 | skewers |
Heat oil, saute garlic until brown, do not burn. In small bowl, combine garlic, oil, with coconut milk, stir to blend.
