| 2 tablespoon | dried shrimp |
| 3 tablespoon | fried peanuts |
| 3 tablespoon | garlic |
| 2 tablespoon | Thai chili pepper (prik kee noo) |
| 6 tablespoon | lime juice |
| 4 tablespoon | fish sauce |
| 3 tablespoon | palm sugar |
Pound garlic and chili. Add dried shrimp, string beans, tomatoes, mix well. Add lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and remaining ingredients.
