Boiled Chicken with Turmeric

| 1 (30g) | lemongrass |
| 2" turmeric (10g) | |
| 3 (30g) | garlic |
| 5 (45g) | shallot |
| 7 (50g) | galangal |
| 2 tsp (8g) | sea salt |
| 1 tsp (5g) | sugar |
| 5 g | som khaek |
| 4 cup | water |
Simmer chicken and kreuang then add som khaek. Add sea salt, sugar to taste.
