Cucumber Slices

1 | hothouse cucumber |
1 | sweet white onion, sliced |
1 cup | mayonnaise |
4 tablespoon | vinegar |
1/2 cup | sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
Prepare cucumbers and onion. Salt cucumbers and let rest 20 minutes. Drain. Combine other ingredients and add to cucumbers and onion. Refrigerate several hours before serving for best results.
