2 cups | yogurt |
2 large | potato, boiled, peeled |
1/2 cup | tomato sliced |
1/2 teaspoon | cumin seeds |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
pinch | black pepper |
pinch | chili powder |
1 tablespoon | chopped coriander leaves |
Cut potatoes into fine pieces. Mix with tomato. Beat yogurt smooth. Add cumin, salt and pepper. Mix with potato. Garnish with chili powder and coriander Serve chilled.
