Nepali Tomato Soup (Golbhedaho Surwa)

1/2 kg | tomatoes |
2 cups | water |
1 tblsp | butter |
1/2 tsp | cumin seeds |
Salt | |

Wash and boil tomatoes until soft. Mach and thoroughly sieve. Heat butter and fry cumin seeds. Add tomato juice and water. Cook until it boils. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot. Add 1 teaspoon butter if desired.
