Chicken Kabab (Kukhurako Kebab)

2 1/2 cup | chicken, small pieces |
1/2 cup | shallot |
1/2 cup | tomato |
2-3 cm | ginger |
3-4 cloves | garlic |
1 tblsp | cumin |
1/2 tblsp | coriander |
1/2 tsp | turmeric |
1 tsp | chili |
2 | bay leaves |
1/4 cup | oil |
1/8 cup | ghee |
Salt to taste |
1. Chop tomato into small pieces. Grind cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger and chili in a little water. Mix chicken with oil and ghee, spice paste. Cook in pan, adding water frequently. When completely cooked add tomatoes.Fry cloves, bay leaf, and onion and add to chicken. Cook it again by adding 1 tablespoon ghee. Time required: 40 minutes Serves: 4 people
