    4 large  bitter gourd
    2 large  onions
    1 teaspoon  chilli, (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon  turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon  mango powder, (amchur)
    1/2 teaspoon  coriander powder
    1/2 teaspoon  fenugreek powder
    1/2 teaspoon  cumin seeds
    3 tablespoons  oil for frying salt to taste.

Process
Wash bitter gourds and cut into thin round sliccs (without peeling) in water with little salt. Cut onions into thin sliccs. Heat oil and fry cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds until they jump up. Add bitter gourd and onion slices togethcr. Add all (execpt mango powder). Fry and cook Whcn cooked put manago powder and again cook 2-4 minutes. Serve with rice or bread.
