5. Nepalese Omelet

Nepalese prepare omelet in their own style which different from that prepared by other people. | |

3 tablespoons | milk |
1 tablespoon | flour |
1 medium-sized | chopped tomato |
1/2 tablespoon | curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1/8 teaspoon | pepper |
1 medium | boiled potatoes, (diced) |
1/4 cup | grated cheese |
oil for deep frying |
Utensils Saucepan-1, tablespoon-1, big bowl-1, plate-1, cup_1.
Process
Break the eggs, mix all the with the egg and fry in a saucepan in the oil. But it should remain somewhat moist soft cooked. Serve at once. can be served
with chapatis (flour cakes or breads) or toast with tomato sauce.
Variation. Some Nepalese also mix l/4 cup pressured buffalo meat in the preparation of egg omelet.
Yield: 2-3 servings
