    2 cups  hard-boiled and mashed eggs
      parsley seeds
    1 tablespoon  lemon juice
      salt
      pepper
    1 teaspoon  vinegar
    2  tomatoes, (medium-sized)
    2 leaves  lettuce
    2  eggs hard-boiled, (cut into thin slice)

Utentsils Big bowl-1, salad plate-1, fork-1.

Process
Toss together mashed eggs, parsley, lemon juice, pepper. Fold in hard-boiled eggs which are cut into slices. Arrange on lettuce leaves. Cut tomatoes (garlic, cucumber or pickles can also be cut and arranged).
