| 2 cups | hard-boiled and mashed eggs |
| parsley seeds | |
| 1 tablespoon | lemon juice |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
| 1 teaspoon | vinegar |
| 2 | tomatoes, (medium-sized) |
| 2 leaves | lettuce |
| 2 | eggs hard-boiled, (cut into thin slice) |
Utentsils Big bowl-1, salad plate-1, fork-1.
Process
Toss together mashed eggs, parsley, lemon juice, pepper. Fold in hard-boiled eggs which are cut into slices. Arrange on lettuce leaves. Cut tomatoes (garlic, cucumber or pickles can also be cut and arranged).
