    1 cup  KohlRabi
    1/2 cup  potato
    1  onion, (medium-sized), finely chopped
    2  tomatoes medium
    1/2 teaspoon  turmeric
    1/4 teaspoon  cumin seeds
    2.5 cm  ginger Grind to make into a paste
    2 cloves  garlic
    1/4 teaspoon  chilli, (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon  coriander leaves, (chopped)
      Salt to taste

Utensils Saucepan-1, big bowl-1, ladle-1, plate-1

Process
Peel the outer covering of KohlRabi and cut into small pieces of 3.75 cm. Peel and wash potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry onion till it becomes brown add cumin seeds. Add kohl rabi. Add turmeric and salt. Mix thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes. Add spice-paste. Stir it and cook by adding some water. When cooked i.e., when it gets tender add tomatoes. Cover it and cook it for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Yield: 2-3 servings
