1 medium-sized | chicken |
1 cup | plain flour, (maida) |
2 cloves | garlic |
2.5 cm | ginger, (ground) |
1 teaspoon | chilli powder, (optional) |
Salt to taste |
Mustard oil for frying
Utensils Saucepan-1, grinder-l, big spoon or ladle-l meat cutter-l.
Process
Cut chicken into four small pieces. Grind garlic and ginger. Mix it with plain wheat flour by adding salt and chilli and mate a paste. Dip chicken-pieces in it. Heat ghiu in a deep sauce-pan and fry each piece on slow heat till it gets brown on both sides. Serve hot.
Yield: 2-3 servings
