    1 medium-sized  chicken
    1 cup  plain flour, (maida)
    2 cloves  garlic
    2.5 cm  ginger, (ground)
    1 teaspoon  chilli powder, (optional)
      Salt to taste

Mustard oil for frying
Utensils Saucepan-1, grinder-l, big spoon or ladle-l meat cutter-l.

Process
Cut chicken into four small pieces. Grind garlic and ginger. Mix it with plain wheat flour by adding salt and chilli and mate a paste. Dip chicken-pieces in it. Heat ghiu in a deep sauce-pan and fry each piece on slow heat till it gets brown on both sides. Serve hot.
Yield: 2-3 servings
