    1 medium  chicken
    1 lb  spinach, (palung)
    2  tomatoes, (cut into pieces)
    2  onions, (medium-sized)
    1 teaspoon  coriander powder
    1/2 teaspoon  black pepper, (ground)
    4 cloves  garlic, (crushed)
    4  cloves
    2 tablespoons  ghiu
      salt to taste

Utensils Cooking pot-1, ladle-1, big bowl-2.

Process
Clean and cut chicken into pieces. Wash spinach carefully and cut it finely. Melt ghiu in a saucepan and heat gently onions and crushed garlic. Add coriander, cloves, pepper. Add tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken and salt. Cover and heat till the chicken becomes tender.
Yield: 4 servings
