2 carrots medium sized cut into thin pieces about l cm. | |
1/2 cup | pea seeds |
4 | tomatoes, (medium_sized, sliced into circular pieces) |
1 | radish, (cut into circular) |
4 leaves | lettuce, (chopped) |
3 green chills (cut into pieces lengthwise) optional | |
2 | lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | pepper |
coriander leaves, (chopped) |
Utensils Salad plate-1, a few bowls, tablespoon-1, fork-1.
Process Mix all vegetables on a salad sprinkle salt pepper and lemon juice and coriander leaves. Note. Just for decoration at the centre of the salad plate, of mashed potatoes
