Rice with Chinese Sausage in Electric Rice Cooker

2 cups | rice, rinsed |
400 grams | shrimp, cleaned |
1 cup | Chinese sausage |
4 Tblsp | oil |
2 Tblsp | minced garlic |
12 slices | ginger |
1 cup | sliced pork |
2 Tblsp | oyster sauce |
4 pc | dried shitake mushroom, soaked 10 minutes |
2 Tblsp | soy sauce |
1/2 tsp | dark soy sauce |
2 Tblsp | green onion, sliced, (4 green onions) |
Marinate pork in 1/2 of each of the sauces (1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce) for 15 minutes. Press Super Rapid on the rice cooker, add cooking oil, garlic, pork, Chinese sausage, shrimp and cook stirring for 2 minutes. Press Off. Put rice in with 2 1/2 cups water (use the water from soaking the mushrooms). Stir. Close the lid and press Cook on the Jasmine rice setting. Makes 4 servings.
