    2 cups  rice, rinsed
    400 grams  shrimp, cleaned
    1 cup  Chinese sausage
    4 Tblsp  oil
    2 Tblsp  minced garlic
    12 slices  ginger
    1 cup  sliced pork
    2 Tblsp  oyster sauce
    4 pc  dried shitake mushroom, soaked 10 minutes
    2 Tblsp  soy sauce
    1/2 tsp  dark soy sauce
    2 Tblsp  green onion, sliced, (4 green onions)

Marinate pork in 1/2 of each of the sauces (1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce) for 15 minutes. Press Super Rapid on the rice cooker, add cooking oil, garlic, pork, Chinese sausage, shrimp and cook stirring for 2 minutes. Press Off. Put rice in with 2 1/2 cups water (use the water from soaking the mushrooms). Stir. Close the lid and press Cook on the Jasmine rice setting. Makes 4 servings.
