Miso Soup with Mushrooms

2 teaspoons | dashi granules in 4 cups of water |
4 tablespoons | miso paste |
mushrooms | |
soft tofu | |
green onion |
Bring water and dashi to boil, reduce heat, add 4 tablespoons of miso paste, stir to dissolve. Add mushrooms and tofu, heat through, do not boil. Garnish with green onion.
