    2  green Anaheim peppers, seeds removed and chopped
    2  jalapeno peppers, chopped
    ½ Tbsp  minced garlic
    1 Tbsp  minced ginger
    ¼ c  clarified butter, (ghee) (preferred) or vegetable oil
    1 ¼ tsp  ground cardamom
    ¼ tsp  ground grains of paradise
    ½ tsp  ground ajwain seeds
    ¼ c  chopped cilantro, (preferred) or Italian parsley
    ½ Tbsp  minced Thai holy basil

Instructions

In a skillet, combine the peppers, garlic, ginger and ghee. Saute until peppers are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain oil off and place in blender with spices. Puree to thin paste, adding a bit of water as necessary. Use as condiment for breads, meats.
