Porcupine Meatballs

1 lb | ground beef |
1/2 cup | uncooked rice |
1/2 cup | chopped onion |

pepper | |
2 cups | tomato sauce |
1/2 cup | water |
Mix beef, rice and onion. Add salt and pepper. Form into balls and place in a casserole dish. Cover with tomato sauce mixed with water. Cook about 1 hour at 350 F. Pork-U-Pine Meatballs | |
1 1/2 lb | hamburger meat |
1/2 cup | raw rice |
1 | egg |

pepper to taste |
Mix everything together. Roll into 9 balls. Put into 9x9 inch pan. Cover with 1 can of tomato soup and 1 can water. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 F.
